It is a pleasure to introduce myself ,a dedicated professional in the field of education with over 18 years of experience. Currently serving as an Assistant Professor at K.L.E. Society’s College of Education, he has a diverse teaching background that spans 7 years from Diploma in Education (D.Ed.) to specializing in Educational Technology, Psychology, Mathematics, and ICT within the B.Ed. curriculum. His deep commitment to the profession is rooted in a genuine love for teaching.
Academic excellence defines his career, highlighted by his K-SET qualification in Education and Master’s degrees in both Education (NCERT) and Mathematics. To further broaden his expertise, he holds specialized Postgraduate Diplomas in Computer Applications (PGDCA) and Yoga Studies (PGDYS). As a lifelong learner, he is currently a Research Scholar at Rani Channamma University (RCU), Belagavi, pursuing a Ph.D. (Reg No: PEDN202005) under the guidance of Dr. M.C. Yarriswamy. His innovative research focuses on the “Effect of Constructivist Multidisciplinary E-Lesson Plan Software (NIRMAAN) on Teaching Efficacy of B.Ed. Student Teachers.”
Beyond the classroom, recognized me as Resource Person, frequently conducting workshops on 5E Lesson Planning across various institutions. His scholarly contributions include numerous seminar presentations and published articles in journals with ISSN and ISBN credentials. His early years were marked by leadership and discipline, earning him the NCC Best Cadet (Duke of Edinburgh) award and participation in the All India Vayu Sainik Camp. Outside of academia, he is a man of many talents, having passed the Senior exam in Tabla and enjoying hobbies such as music and painting.
This research stands as a collaborative achievement, made possible through the dedicated involvement of an esteemed group of educators and students. I extend my sincere gratitude to the teachers and lecturers who served as expert evaluators, meticulously checking the multidisciplinary lesson plans for pedagogical accuracy and classroom feasibility. Their insights were instrumental in ensuring that the instructional design met rigorous academic standards. Furthermore, I am deeply indebted to the contributors who participated in the validation and reliability testing of the NIRMAAN SOFTWARE. Through their technical feedback and user-experience testing, the software was refined into a more robust and effective educational tool. The students also played a vital role, offering fresh perspectives and creative ideas that shaped the software’s practical application. This diverse pool of contributors provided the essential bridge between theoretical research and real-world educational practice.
Their collective intellectual support has been the cornerstone of this study’s success and reliability.
